GENERAL MAINTENANCE

1. INSPECT DRIVE BELT Testing and Inspection
2. REPLACE SPARK PLUGS
(a) Replace the spark plugs Testing and Inspection.
3. REPLACE AIR CLEANER FILTER
(a) Remove the air filter.
(b) Visually check that the air filter is not excessively damaged or oily.
(c) Replace the air filter with a new one, if necessary.
4. REPLACE ENGINE OIL AND OIL FILTER Testing and Inspection
5. REPLACE ENGINE COOLANT Testing and Inspection
6. INSPECT GASKET IN FUEL TANK CAP Testing and Inspection
7. INSPECT FUEL LINES AND CONNECTIONS, FUEL TANK VAPOR VENT SYSTEM HOSES
(a) Visually check the fuel lines for cracks, leakage, loose connections and deformation.
8. INSPECT EXHAUST PIPES AND MOUNTINGS
(a) Visually check the pipes, hangers and connections for severe corrosion, leaks or damage.
9. INSPECT VALVE CLEARANCE Adjustments
