DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE (for Driver Side)

(a) Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and remove the reclining adjuster release handle.

2. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE (for Front Passenger Side)

(a) Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the claw and remove the reclining adjuster release handle.

3. REMOVE VERTICAL ADJUSTER COVER (for Driver Side)

(a) Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws and remove the vertical adjuster cover.

4. REMOVE VERTICAL ADJUSTING HANDLE (for Driver Side)

(a) Remove the 2 screws and the vertical adjusting handle.
5. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD (for Driver Side)

(a) Disengage the 2 hooks.

(b) Remove the 3 screws.
(c) Disengage the claw.
(d) Disengage the 2 guides and remove the front seat cushion shield.
6. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD (for Front Passenger Side)

(a) Disengage the 2 hooks.

(b) Remove the 2 screws.
(c) Disengage the claw.
(d) Disengage the 2 guides and remove the front seat cushion shield.
7. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY Removal
8. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION INNER SHIELD

(a) Remove the screw.
(b) Disengage the claw.

(c) Separate the guide and remove the front seat cushion inner shield as shown in the illustration.
9. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

(a) Disengage the 4 clamps.
(b) Disengage each hook as shown in the illustration.

(c) Remove the front seat cushion cover with pad as shown in the illustration.
10. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER

(a) Remove the 18 hog rings and the separate type front seat cushion cover.
11. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 screws.

(b) Using a moulding remover, disengage the 10 claws as shown in the illustration.

(d) Disengage the 2 guides and remove the seatback board sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.
12. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

(a) Turn back the separate type front seatback cover to remove the nut and guide, and separate the bracket of the separate type front seatback cover.

(b) Remove the 4 hooks.

(d) Remove the 2 hog rings.

(e) Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 front seat headrest supports.
(f) Remove the separate type front seatback cover with pad from the front seat frame assembly with adjuster.
13. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER

(a) Remove the 10 hog rings and the separate type front seatback cover.
14. REMOVE ACTIVE HEADREST UPPER UNIT

(a) Remove the nut and disconnect the cable from the active headrest upper unit as shown in the illustration.
(b) Remove the 4 nuts and the active headrest upper unit.
15. REMOVE ACTIVE HEADREST LOWER UNIT

(a) Remove the 2 nuts and the active headrest lower unit.
16. REMOVE SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH

(a) Remove the screw.
(b) Disengage the guide and remove the seat reclining adjuster inside cover LH.
17. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH

(a) Remove the screw and reclining adjuster inside cover LH.
18. REMOVE SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH

(a) Remove the screw.
(b) Disengage the guide and remove the seat reclining adjuster inside cover RH.
19. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH

(a) Remove the screw and reclining adjuster inside cover RH.
20. REMOVE FRONT SEAT LOWER CUSHION SHIELD LH

(a) Disengage the claw and remove the front seat lower cushion shield LH as shown in the illustration.
21. REMOVE FRONT SEAT LOWER CUSHION SHIELD RH

(a) Disengage the claw and the guide, and remove the front seat lower cushion shield RH as shown in the illustration.
22. REMOVE SEAT POSITION SENSOR Removal
23. REMOVE OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION ECU (for Front Passenger Side) Removal
24. REMOVE FRONT SEAT WIRE RH (for Front Passenger Side)
(a) Disengage each clamp and remove the front seat wire RH.
