Applicability
Introduction
Some 2009 model year Venza vehicles may experience a condition where the front or rear door panel trim delaminates. Improved door panels have been developed to correct this condition.
Production Change Information
This TSB applies to vehicles produced BEFORE the Production Change Effective VINs shown.
Warranty Information
APPLICABLE
^ This repair is covered under the Toyota Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the vehicle's in-service date.
^ Warranty application is limited to occurrence of the specified condition described in this bulletin.

Repair Procedure
Front Door
1. Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
2. Using a molding remover disengage the 3 claws and remove the front door inside handle bezel plug.
3. Remove the power window regulator master switch assembly with front door armrest base panel (for Driver Side).
A. Using a molding remover disengage the 2 clips and 4 claws.
B. Disconnect the connector and remove the power window regulator master switch assembly with front door armrest base panel.
4. Remove the power window regulator switch assembly with front door armrest base panel (for passenger side).
A. Using a molding remover disengage the 2 clips and 4 claws.
B. Disconnect the connector and remove the power window regulator switch assembly with front door armrest base panel.
5. Remove the courtesy light assembly.
A. Using a plastic pry tool disengage the claw.
B. Disconnect the connector and remove the courtesy light assembly.
6. Remove the front door trim board sub-assembly.
A. Remove the 2 screws.
B. Using a clip remover disengage the 10 clips.
C. Pull out the front door trim board sub-assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration.
D. Raise the front door trim board sub-assembly and remove the front door trim board sub-assembly together with the front door inner glass weatherstrip.
E. Disengage the 2 claws and disconnect the front door inside handle sub-assembly.
7. Reassembly is reverse order of disassembly procedure.
Rear Door
1. Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal.
2. Using a molding remover disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear door inside handle bezel plug.
3. Remove the rear power window regulator switch assembly with rear door armrest base panel.
A. Using a molding remover disengage the 2 clips and 5 claws.
B. Disconnect the connector and remove the rear power window regulator switch assembly with rear door armrest base panel.
4. Remove the rear door trim board sub-assembly.
A. Remove the 2 screws.
B. Using a clip remover disengage the 8 clips.
C. Pull out the rear door trim board sub-assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow as shown in the illustration.
D. Raise the rear door trim board sub-assembly and remove the rear door trim board sub-assembly together with the rear door inner glass weatherstrip.
E. Disengage the 2 claws and disconnect the rear door inside handle sub-assembly.
F. Disconnect the connector (for 13 Speakers).
5. Reassembly is reverse order of disassembly procedure.
