OTHER SYSTEM: POWER OUTLET SOCKET (for Hatchback): REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH Removal
3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH Removal
4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH NO.1 PANEL Removal
5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY CENTER Removal
6. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
7. DISCONNECT AIR MIX DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
8. DISCONNECT DEFROSTER DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
9. DISCONNECT AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
10. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET





(a) Disconnect the power outlet connector.





(b) Using a screwdriver, disengage the claw, then turn the power outlet socket counterclockwise and push the power outlet socket half way out.





(c) Align the protrusion of the power outlet socket with the cutout of the power outlet socket cover and then push the power outlet socket out.
11. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER





(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the power outlet socket cover.
