WIPER AND WASHER: WASHER MOTOR (for Sedan): INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY





(a) Install the windshield washer motor and pump onto the packing of the washer jar.
2. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY





(a) Install the windshield washer jar.





(b) w/ Washer Level Warning Switch
(1) Install the 2 bolts.
Torque: 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)
(2) Connect the 2 connectors.
(3) Connect the 2 harness clamps.
(c) w/o Washer level warning switch
(1) Install the 2 bolts.
Torque: 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)
(2) Connect the connector.
(3) Connect the 2 harness clamps.
3. FILL UP WASHER JAR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY WITH WASHER FLUID
(a) Connect the washer hose to the washer motor and pump, and fill the washer jar with washer fluid.
4. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY RH Installation
5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER Installation
6. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER COVER (w/ Front Spoiler) Installation
7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)
