EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT BUMPER: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY (w/o Front Spoiler)

(a) Put protective tape around the front bumper assembly.





HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(b) Remove the clip.





HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(c) Using a screwdriver, turn the pin 90 degrees and remove the pin hold clip.

HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(d) for 2ZR-FE:

(1) Remove the 6 screws.





(2) Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

(e) for 2AZ-FE:

(1) Remove the 8 screws.





(2) Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

(f) Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips.





(g) Remove the 2 radiator grille protectors.

(h) Disengage the 4 claws and guide, and disconnect the front bumper assembly.





HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(i) w/ Fog Light:

(1) Disconnect each fog light connector.

(j) Remove the front bumper assembly.

2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY (w/ Front Spoiler)

(a) Put protective tape around the front bumper assembly.

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(b) Remove the clip.

(c) Using a screwdriver, turn the pin 90 degrees and remove the pin hold clip.

(d) for 2ZR-FE:

(1) Remove the 6 screws.





(2) Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

(e) for 2AZ-FE:

(1) Remove the 8 screws.





(2) Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.

(f) Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips.





(g) Remove the 2 radiator grille protectors.

(h) Disengage the 4 claws and guide, and disconnect the front bumper assembly.

(i) Disconnect each fog light connector.

(j) Remove the front bumper assembly.
