Reassembly

INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

(a) Remove the release paper on the No. 1 instrument panel cushion (when using a new cushion).

(b) Align the No. 1 instrument panel cushion with the scribed line and install the No. 1 instrument panel cushion.





2. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SPEAKER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 7 Speakers)

(a) Engage the 7 claws and install the No. 1 instrument panel speaker panel sub-assembly.





3. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL SPEAKER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for 7 Speakers)

(a) Engage the 7 claws and install the No. 2 instrument panel speaker panel sub-assembly.





4. INSTALL AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR

(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the automatic light control sensor.





5. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Engage the 3 claws and install the No. 1 instrument panel register assembly LH.





6. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Engage the 3 claws and install the No. 1 instrument panel register assembly RH.





7. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Installation

8. INSTALL FRONT NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY LH (for 7 Speakers) Installation

9. INSTALL FRONT NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY RH (for 7 Speakers)

HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

10. INSTALL NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System) Installation

11. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE (for 4 Speakers)

(a) Engage the clamp and install the No. 2 instrument panel wire.





(b) Connect the connector.

12. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE (for 6 Speakers)

(a) Engage the clamp and install the No. 2 instrument panel wire.





(b) Connect the connector.

13. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE (for 7 Speakers)

(a) Engage the clamp and install the No. 2 instrument panel wire.





(b) Connect each connector.

14. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

(a) Remove the release paper on the No. 3 instrument panel cushion (when using a new cushion).

(b) Install the No. 3 instrument panel cushion.





15. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

(a) Remove the release paper on the No. 2 instrument panel cushion (when using a new cushion).

(b) Install the No. 2 instrument panel cushion.





16. INSTALL HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 2 guides.





(b) Install the heater to register duct assembly with the 2 screws [B].

17. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 4 guides.





(b) Install the defroster nozzle assembly with the 3 screws [B].
