Disassembly

EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: REAR BUMPER: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE REFLEX REFLECTOR ASSEMBLY LH (except Sport Package)

(a) Remove the screw.

(b) Disengage the guide and remove the reflex reflector assembly LH.

2. REMOVE REFLEX REFLECTOR ASSEMBLY RH (except Sport Package)

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

3. REMOVE REAR BUMPER BAR (for Sport Package)

(a) Remove the 4 clips.

(b) Disengage the 19 claws and remove the rear bumper bar.

4. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE EXTENSION SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for Sport Package)

(a) Remove the screw.

(b) Disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear bumper side extension sub-assembly LH.

5. REMOVE REFLEX REFLECTOR ASSEMBLY LH (for Sport Package)

(a) Remove the screw.

(b) Disengage the guide to remove the reflex reflector assembly LH.

6. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE EXTENSION SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for Sport Package)

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

7. REMOVE REFLEX REFLECTOR ASSEMBLY RH (for Sport Package)

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

8. REMOVE REAR BUMPER PAD LH (for Sport Package)

(a) Remove the rear bumper pad LH.

9. REMOVE REAR BUMPER PAD RH (for Sport Package)

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

10. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

(a) Disengage the 2 guides to remove the rear bumper energy absorber.

11. REMOVE REAR BUMPER REINFORCEMENT

(a) Remove the 4 nuts and rear bumper reinforcement.

12. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ARM LH

(a) Remove the 3 bolts and rear bumper arm LH.

13. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ARM RH

14. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

(a) Remove the 3 screws.

(b) Disengage the 4 claws and guide to remove the rear bumper side support LH.

15. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

16. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH

(a) Remove the screw.

(b) Disengage the 2 claws to remove the rear bumper side retainer LH.

17. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH
