EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT BUMPER: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light) Removal

2. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (except Sport Package)

(a) Disengage the 5 claws and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (except Sport Package)

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

5. REMOVE FRONT LICENSE PLATE BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY (except Sport Package)

(a) w/ Bracket:

(1) Remove the 2 screws and front license plate bracket sub-assembly.





6. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE (except Sport Package)

(a) Disengage the 13 claws and remove the lower radiator grille.





7. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE (except Sport Package)

(a) Disengage the 7 claws and remove the radiator grille.





8. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER (except Sport Package)

9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER (except Sport Package)

(a) for 2ZR-FE:

(1) Remove the 6 grommets.

(b) for 2AZ-FE:

(1) Remove the 8 grommets.

10. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH (for Sport Package)

(a) Disengage the 6 claws and remove the fog light cover LH.





11. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH (for Sport Package)

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

12. REMOVE FRONT LICENSE PLATE BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Sport Package)

(a) w/ Bracket:

(1) Remove the 2 screws.





(2) Disengage the 2 guides and front license plate bracket sub-assembly.

13. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE (for Sport Package)

(a) Disengage the 8 claws and remove the radiator grille.





14. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE (for Sport Package)

(a) Remove the 4 clips.





(b) Disengage the 18 claws and remove the lower radiator grille.





(c) for 2ZR-FE:

(1) Remove the 2 grommets.

(d) for 2AZ-FE:

(1) Remove the 4 grommets.

15. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER (for Sport Package)

16. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER (for Sport Package)

(a) Remove the 4 grommets.

17. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

(a) Disengage the 2 guides to remove the front bumper energy absorber.





18. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Using a clip remover, disengage each clamp and separate the wire harness.





(b) Remove the 4 nuts and front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly.





19. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOUNTING BRACKET LH

20. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOUNTING BRACKET RH

21. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

(a) Remove the screw and bolt.





(b) Disengage the 3 claws to remove the front bumper side support LH.

22. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH
