Disassembly

DOOR / HATCH: BACK DOOR: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE BACK DOOR CENTER GARNISH

(a) Disengage the 5 clips and 4 claws, and remove the back door center garnish.

2. REMOVE CENTER STOP LIGHT SET Removal

3. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH

(a) Disengage the 2 clips and 2 claws, and remove the back door side garnish LH.

4. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH RH

(a) Disengage the 2 clips and 2 claws, and remove the back door side garnish RH.

5. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 clips (A).

(b) Disengage the 11 clips and remove the back door trim board assembly.

6. REMOVE DOOR PULL HANDLE

(a) Disengage the 4 claws and remove the door pull handle.

7. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the back door lock control cable sub-assembly.

(b) Disconnect the rod as shown in the illustration.

(d) Remove the 3 bolts and back door lock assembly.

8. REMOVE BACK DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 nuts and back door outside handle sub-assembly.

9. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 2 nuts and back door lock cylinder assembly.

10. REMOVE BACK DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY

11. REMOVE LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY Removal

12. REMOVE REAR WIPER ARM HEAD CAP (w/ Rear Wiper) Removal

13. REMOVE REAR WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Wiper) Removal

14. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR GROMMET (w/ Rear Wiper) Removal

15. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Wiper) Removal

16. REMOVE REAR SPOILER ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Spoiler) Removal
