Reassembly

DOOR / HATCH: BACK DOOR: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL REAR SPOILER ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Spoiler) Installation

2. INSTALL REAR WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Wiper) Installation

3. INSTALL REAR WIPER MOTOR GROMMET (w/ Rear Wiper) Installation

4. INSTALL REAR WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Wiper) Installation

5. INSTALL REAR WIPER ARM HEAD CAP (w/ Rear Wiper) Installation

6. INSTALL LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY Installation

7. INSTALL BACK DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY

8. INSTALL BACK DOOR LOCK CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the back door lock cylinder assembly with the 2 nuts.





9. INSTALL BACK DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the back door outside handle sub-assembly with the 2 nuts.





Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

10. INSTALL BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the back door lock assembly with the 3 bolts.





Torque : 12 Nm (122 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf)

(b) Connect the connector.





(c) Connect the rod as shown in the illustration.





(d) Connect the back door lock control cable sub-assembly.





11. INSTALL DOOR PULL HANDLE

(a) Engage the 4 claws and install the door pull handle.





12. INSTALL BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 11 clips and install the back door trim board assembly.





(b) Install the 2 clips (A).

13. INSTALL BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH

(a) Engage the 2 clips and 2 claws, and install the back door side garnish LH.





14. INSTALL BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH RH

(a) Engage the 2 clips and 2 claws, and install the back door side garnish RH.





15. INSTALL CENTER STOP LIGHT SET Installation

16. INSTALL BACK DOOR CENTER GARNISH

(a) Engage the 5 clips and 4 claws, and install the back door center garnish.
