2ZR-FE INTAKE / EXHAUST: INTAKE MANIFOLD: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD

(a) Disconnect the 5 wire harness clamps.

(b) Remove the 2 engine cover joints and separate the wire harness clamp bracket.

(c) Disconnect the vapor feed hose, ventilation hose and vacuum hose from the intake manifold.





(d) Remove the 4 bolts, 2 nuts, intake manifold stay and intake manifold.





(e) Remove the gasket from the intake manifold.





(f) Remove the bolt and wire harness clamp bracket.

(g) Using a "TORX" socket wrench (E6), remove the 2 stud bolts from the intake manifold.
