Removal

2ZR-FE FUEL: FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY: REMOVAL

1. DISCHARGE FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE

(a) Discharge fuel system pressure Service Precautions.

2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

3. REMOVE FUEL SUCTION TUBE ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the fuel suction tube assembly from the fuel tank assembly Removal.

4. REMOVE FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the fuel sender gauge connector.





NOTICE:
Do not damage the wire harness.

(b) Release the lock and slide the fuel sender gauge assembly to remove it.

NOTICE:
Make sure that the fuel sender gauge arm does not bend.
