Fuel tank filler tube, disassembling and assembling
1 Cap
2 Seal
- Replace if damaged
3 Mounting screw
4 Tank lid unit
- with rubber cap
5 Gravity valve
- To remove, unclip valve upward from connection
- Checking valve for throughput Valve vertical: open,Valve tilted 45 degrees: closed
6 O-ring
- Replace if damaged

- to remove, unclip valve sideways from connection
- before installing, unscrew cap, item 1

9 Combination protection valve
- for fueling ventilation
- Note installation position: white valve-side to filler flanger bottom

- Check for secure fitting
- To disengage, squeeze together at front

- from connection sleeve at auxiliary fuel tank, item 8

NOTE: Before installing valve, unscrew cover from fuel tank.

The pressure retaining valve is opened in both flow directions (arrow 1) on the gravity valve side (item 5 ).
It is only opened in one flow direction (arrow 2) on the side of the changeover valve (item 8 ).
