Ignition Coil: Service and Repair

Ignition Coils With Final Output Stage, Removing And Installing (Engine Codes AWP, AWP, BKF, BNU)

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required







- Ignition coil puller T40039

Removing
- Remove engine cover.







- Disconnect 4-pin connector - 2 - from ignition coil -1







- Pull ignition coil with final output stage vertically off of spark plug with ignition coil puller T40039.

Installing
- Press ignition coil with final output stage vertically onto spark plug by hand.







- Install 4-pin connector - 2 - on ignition coil -1 -.
- Install engine cover.
