Air Injection Vacuum Control Solenoid Valve: Service and Repair

Replacing solenoid valve

Removing solenoid valve
- Disconnect solenoid valve connectors.
- Lift the valve away from the air cleaner (ACL).
- Mark up and pull off the hoses.

Installing solenoid valve
- Install a new solenoid valve.
- Install the hoses on valve according to marking.
- Install the valve on the air cleaner (ACL).
- Connect solenoid valve connectors.
