Replacing rear brake hoses

Removal

Collect the brake fluid
See Replacing the front brake campers.

Remove the bracket and the brake hose





Remove:
- the bracket (1) for the brake pipe and brake hose. Pull the bracket backward a little
- the brake pipe (2) from the brake hose
- the brake hose (3) from the brake caliper.

Installation

Install the brake hose





Install:
- the brake hose (1) to the caliper. Tighten to 16 Nm
- the brake pipe (2) in the hose. Tighten the pipe. Tighten to 16 Nm. Check that the pipe is not twisted
- the bracket (3).
