Replacing the height adjuster gas strut

Remove:
- the seat according to Lifting the front seats in and out Removal and Replacement.
- the seat rail according Seat rail Front Seat.

Angle and turn the gas strut.

Replace the gas strut.

Install:
In reverse order.
