Engine pad left, replacing
Special tools: 999 7102, 999 7103

Preparatory work
Remove:
- the battery. See: Battery, replacing
- the battery shelf
- the air cleaner (ACL) module.

Installing lifting beams
Install:





- the lifting beam: 999 7102
- the screw. Tighten to 50 Nm.

Installing lifting tools





Install: 999 7103. Tighten the tool.

Removal
Removing the engine cover
Remove:





- the 4 nuts (1) for the bracket
- the 2 screws (3)
- the bracket
- the screw for the engine pad (2)
- the engine mounting.

Installation

Note: For tightening torques, see Specifications.

Installing the engine pad
Install:





- the engine pad
- the screw (2) for the engine pad. Tighten to specification.
- the bracket
- the 4 x nuts (1) for the bracket. Tighten to specification.
- the 2 x M8 screws (3).

Finishing
Remove:
- lifting tool: 999 7103
- the screw
- the lifting beam: 999 7102.

Install:
- the battery box, M8
- the battery. See: Battery, replacing
