Removal

Remove the following items:
- oil filter Refer to: Oil filter Service and Repair
- Level sensor engine oil Refer to: Level sensor engine oil Service and Repair
- Exhaust manifold, left-hand Refer to: Exhaust manifold, left-hand Exhaust Manifold, Left-Hand
- exhaust manifold right Refer to: Exhaust manifold, right-hand Exhaust Manifold, Right-Hand
- Drive shaft right

Installation

Caution! Make sure that the mating faces are clean and free of foreign material.

Caution! Take extra care not to damage the mating faces.

Note! Minimum 1 mm bead thickness.

Note! The component must be installed within 5 minutes of applying the sealant.

Use: Chemical gasket, 30757050

1. Torque: M8, 24 Nm

2. Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Torque: M10, 50 Nm

Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Install the following items:
- oil filter Refer to: Oil filter Service and Repair
- Level sensor engine oil Refer to: Level sensor engine oil Service and Repair
- Exhaust manifold, left-hand Refer to: Exhaust manifold, left-hand Exhaust Manifold, Left-Hand
- exhaust manifold right Refer to: Exhaust manifold, right-hand Exhaust Manifold, Right-Hand
- Drive shaft right
