Removal

Remove the carrier plate. Refer to: Carrier plate, B6324S5, TF-80SC, B6324S5, TF-80SC AWD Service and Repair





Use special tool: 999 5651 Extractor 999 5651 Extractor






Caution! Cleaning must be directed around the crankshaft journal, not along it. Make sure that any residue from the emery cloth and any other foreign materials are completely removed before installing a new crankshaft rear seal.

Use: Emery paper.

Installation




Use special tool: 999 7311 Drift 999 7311 Drift

Use: Engine oil,






Caution! Make sure that the component is positioned correctly.





Tightening torque: Carrier plate, 80 Nm
