Quarter Upper Trim Panel Replacement (Monte Carlo)

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the seat belt from the rear upper quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Seat Belt Retractor Replacement (Impala) Rear Seat Belt Retractor Replacement (Impala, Center) Rear Seat Belt Retractor Replacement (Monte Carlo) in Seat Belts.
2. Remove the coat hook from the rear upper trim panel. Refer to Coat Hook Replacement (Service and Repair).
3. Remove the rear quarter upper trim in by disengaging the push-in retainers.

Installation Procedure




1. Align the rear quarter upper trim panel slotted retainers to the rear quarter lower trim panel.
2. Align the rear quarter upper trim panel push-in retainers to the rear quarter inner upper panel.
3. Install the rear quarter upper trim panel push-in retainers, applying pressure to secure at all push-in retainers locations.
4. Install the seat belt to the rear upper quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Seat Belt Retractor Replacement (Impala) Rear Seat Belt Retractor Replacement (Impala, Center) Rear Seat Belt Retractor Replacement (Monte Carlo) in Seat Belts.
5. Install the coat hook to the rear upper quarter trim panel. Refer to Coat Hook Replacement (Service and Repair).
