PINPOINT TEST B: ALL DOOR LOCKS ARE INOPERATIVE FROM ONE SWITCH - PASSENGER DOOR SWITCH

Normal Operation
The door lock control switch supplies a ground signal to the rear electronic module (REM). When the REM receives ground via circuit 8-AA20 (WH/BU), the REM locks the doors. When the REM receives ground via circuit 8-AA21 (WH/GN), the REM unlocks the doors.

Possible Causes
- DTC B2474 circuit 8-AA20 (WH/BU) shorted to ground
- DTC B2475 circuit 8-AA21 (WH/GN) shorted to ground
- circuit 8-AA20 (WH/BU) open or shorted to ground
- circuit 8-AA21 (WH/GN) open or shorted to ground
- circuit 31-AA37 (BK/WH) open
- passenger door lock control switch
- REM
