Pinpoint Test K: No Power In START/RUN

Tests K1 - K4:

Normal Operation
The ignition switch receives overload protected battery power from the BIB fuse 22 (20A) through circuit 30-DA5 (RD/BK). The ignition switch has 4 possible states:
^ OFF
^ ACC
^ RUN
^ START

Possible Causes
^ RBIB fuse 22 (20A)
^ circuit 30-DA5 (RD/BK)
^ BIB fuse 17 (5A)
^ ignition switch
^ Instrument Cluster Module (ICM)

CAUTION: Use the Flex Probe Kit for all test connections to prevent damage to the wiring terminals. Do not use standard multimeter probes.
