Removal

NOTE: The removal steps in this procedure may include installation details.

1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. REFER to Jacking and Lifting. Vehicle Lifting

2. Position aside the rear wheel splash shield.
- 2 Nm (18 lb-in)
Both Sides

- 2 Nm (18 lb-in)
Both Sides





4. If equipped.





5. Remove the tail lamp assemblies. REFER to Rear Lamp Assembly - 4-Door or REFER to Rear Lamp Assembly - 5-Door .

- 3 Nm (27 lb-in)





Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
