Radiator Replacement

1. Drain the engine coolant Service and Repair.

2. Do the battery removal procedure Removal and Replacement.

3. '07 model: Remove the front grille.

4. '08-10 models: Remove the front bumper Front Bumper.

5. Disconnect the upper radiator hose.





6. Remove the radiator and A/C condenser fan shroud assembly Radiator and A/C Condenser Fan, Motor, and Shroud Removal and Installation.

7. Disconnect the lower radiator hose (A) and the automatic transmission fluid (ATF) cooler hoses (B), then plug the ATF cooler hoses and the lines.






8. Remove the radiator upper brackets/cushions (A).





9. Remove the hood latch (B) Service and Repair.

10. Pull up the radiator assembly (A), then remove the lower cushions (B).






11. Install the radiator in the reverse order of removal.

12. Set the upper and lower cushions securely.

13. Adjust the hood latch Service and Repair.

14. Do the battery installation procedure Removal and Replacement.

15. Refill the transmission with ATF ATF Replacement.

16. Fill the radiator with engine coolant, and bleed the air from the cooling system with heater valve open Service and Repair.
