DTC 1: Power Relay Stuck ON

DTC 2: Fail-safe Relay Stuck ON

1. Clear the DTC using the HDS.
2. Stall the engine.
3. Wait at least 10 seconds.
Does the EPS indicator come on and is DTC 1 or DTC 2 indicated?
YES - Check for loose EPS control unit connectors. If necessary, substitute a known-good EPS control unit and recheck.
NO - The system is OK at this time.
