Removable Hardtop Headliner Removal/Installation

NOTE:

- Put on gloves to protect your hands.

- Remove the hardtop from the body before removing or installing the headliner.

- Have an assistant help you when removing and installing the headliner.

- Take care not to bend or scratch the headliner.

1. Remove these items:
- B-pillar trim, both sides Removable Hardtop Interior Trim Removal/Installation

- Hardtop lock handle, both sides Removable Hardtop Lock Handle Replacement

2. Remove both front edge portions of the upper door glass weatherstrips (A). Removable Hardtop Roof Molding Replacement

3. Release the clips by sliding the headliner (B) forward, then remove the headliner.

4. Install the headliner in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
- If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.

- Push the clips into place securely.
