Thermostat Replacement

1. Drain the engine coolant. Service and Repair

2. Remove the harness clamp bracket and the thermostat cover, then remove the thermostat.

3. Install the thermostat with a new rubber seal, then install the harness clamp bracket.

4. Refill the radiator with engine coolant, and bleed the air from the cooling system. Service and Repair

5. Clean up any spilled engine coolant.
