AIR CONDITIONING: HEATER GLOW PLUG:

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL WATER BY-PASS GLOW PLUG






(a) Install the water by-pass glow plug.
Torque: 15 Nm (157 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf)






(b) Install the heater blower wire with the 2 nuts and 2 grommets.
Torque: 2.7 Nm (28 kgf-cm, 24 in-lbf)
2. INSTALL HEATER WATER INLET HOSE Installation

3. INSTALL HEATER WATER OUTLET HOSE Installation

4. ADD ENGINE COOLANT Testing and Inspection

5. CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKS Testing and Inspection
