Removal

AUDIO / VIDEO: FRONT DOOR SPEAKER: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG Disassembly

2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR LOWER FRAME BRACKET GARNISH Disassembly

3. REMOVE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL Disassembly

4. REMOVE COURTESY LIGHT ASSEMBLY Removal

5. REMOVE FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY Disassembly

6. REMOVE FRONT DOOR INNER GLASS WEATHERSTRIP Disassembly

7. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the connector.





(b) Remove the 3 bolts and front No. 1 speaker assembly.

NOTICE:
Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.

8. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the connector.





(b) Disengage the 2 clamps.

(c) Remove the 3 screws and front No. 2 speaker assembly with cover.





(d) Disengage the 4 claws and remove the cover.





(e) Remove the front No. 2 speaker assembly.





NOTICE:
Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.

9. REMOVE FRONT NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 3 screws and front No. 3 speaker assembly.

Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.
