Fuel Injector: Testing and Inspection

Injector Test:

1. Remove the injector connector.
2. Using an ohm meter, check its resistance.
Resistance should be approximately 11 ohms at (20°C) 68°F.
^ If OK, proceed to step #3.
^ If not OK, replace the injector
3. Remove the injector and check nozzle for restriction.
Replace the injector if it fails the above test.
