Seat Belt Buckle Replacement - Right Front

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the front floor rear console. Refer to Rear Floor Console Replacement (Service and Repair).
2. Position the front seat (1) in a forward position in order to gain access to the seat belt switch electrical connector (2).
3. Disconnect the seat belt switch electrical connector (2).




4. Remove the following components from the front seat:

* The 2 screws (1)
* The inner adjuster finish cover (4)
* The bolt (3)
* The seat belt buckle (2)




Installation Procedure






Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice .

1. Install the seat belt buckle (2) to the front seat. Secure the buckle with the bolt (3).

Tighten the front seat belt buckle bolt to 41 N.m (30 lb ft).

2. Install the inner adjuster finish cover (4) to the front seat. Secure the cover with the 2 screws (1).




3. Connect the seat belt switch electrical connector (2).
4. Install the front floor rear console. Refer to Rear Floor Console Replacement (Service and Repair).
5. Return the front seat (1) to the upright position.
