Crankshaft Balancer Removal

Tools Required
* EN 46106 Flywheel Holding Tool
* 303-642 Harmonic Balancer Puller




1. Install the EN 46106 (1) through the starter mounting hole.




2. Remove the crankshaft balancer to crankshaft retaining bolt (1).




3. Install the 303-642 (1).

Important: Remove the crankshaft balancer off by tightening the center bolt on the 303-642 (1) until the crankshaft balancer (2) is removed from the crankshaft.


4. Remove the crankshaft balancer (2).
5. Remove the 303-642 (1) from the crankshaft balancer.
