Valve Lifter Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the cylinder head. Refer to Cylinder Head Replacement - Left Side (Service and Repair) or Cylinder Head Replacement - Right Side (Service and Repair).
2. Remove the valve lifters. Refer to Valve Lifter Removal (Overhaul).

Installation Procedure

1. Install the valve lifters. Refer to Valve Lifter Installation (Overhaul).
2. Install the cylinder head. Refer to Cylinder Head Installation - Left Side (Overhaul) or Cylinder Head Installation - Right Side (Overhaul).
