AUDIO / VISUAL: RADIO ANTENNA CORD: REMOVAL

CAUTION:
Some of these service operations affect the SRS airbag system. Read the precautionary notices concerning the SRS airbag system before servicing Service Precautions.

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.

2. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING

Removal (from 10/2010)

3. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Remove the bolt.

(b) Disconnect the 2 connectors.

(c) Remove the 4 clamps.

4. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Sliding Roof)

(a) Remove the 10 pieces of tape.

(b) Remove the antenna cord from the cutout of the roof headlining.

5. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Sliding Roof)

(a) Remove the 12 pieces of tape.
