Removal

1NZ-FE COOLING: WATER PUMP:

REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
2. REMOVE ENGINE COOLANT Service and Repair

3. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER RH
4. REMOVE FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT Removal

5. REMOVE GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

6. REMOVE ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH Removal







7. REMOVE WATER PUMP PULLEY
(a) Using SST, hold the water pump pulley.

(b) Remove the 3 bolts and remove the water pump pulley.






8. REMOVE WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the 3 bolts and 2 nuts and remove the water pump assembly and gasket.
