2AZ-FXE COOLING: THERMOSTAT: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD LH
2. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH
3. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER LH
4. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER RH
5. DRAIN COOLANT (for Engine) Testing and Inspection
6. DISCONNECT RADIATOR HOSE OUTLET Removal





7. REMOVE WATER INLET
(a) Remove the 2 nuts and the water inlet from the cylinder block.
8. REMOVE THERMOSTAT
(a) Remove the gasket from the thermostat.
