HYBRID BATTERY CONTROL: BATTERY BLOWER: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY





(a) Install the battery cooling blower assembly as shown in the illustration.
NOTICE :
- Do not touch the fan of the battery cooling blower assembly.
- Do not hold the wire harness when lifting the battery cooling blower assembly.
- Be sure to engage the cutout on the battery cooling blower assembly to the bushing securely.





(b) Install the bolt to the battery cooling blower assembly.
Torque: 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71in-lbf)
2. INSTALL NO. 2 HV BATTERY INTAKE DUCT





(a) Install the No. 2 HV battery intake duct with the 2 bolts and clip.
Torque: 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71in-lbf)
3. INSTALL NO. 1 HV BATTERY INTAKE DUCT





(a) Install the No. 1 HV battery intake duct.
4. INSTALL ROOM PARTITION BOARD RH





(a) Install the room partition board RH with the 4 clips.
5. INSTALL ROOM PARTITION BOARD LH





(a) Install the room partition board LH with the 4 clips.

7. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY Installation
8. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER Installation

10. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY (for LH Side) Installation
11. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY (for RH Side) Installation
12. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH LH Installation
