P311 HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL: WATER PUMP WITH MOTOR: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL WATER PUMP WITH MOTOR AND BRACKET ASSEMBLY





(a) Install the water pump with motor and bracket assembly with the bolt and 2 nuts.
Torque: 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7ft-lbf)
NOTICE: Do not hold the water pump with motor and bracket assembly by the connector terminals when removing or installing it from the vehicle.





(b) Connect the connector to the water pump with motor and bracket assembly.
(c) Connect the water hose to the water pump with motor and bracket assembly with the clip.
NOTICE:
- Make sure that the clip is positioned as shown in the illustration.
- Do not damage the water hose protector when installing the clip.
