EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT BUMPER: REASSEMBLY

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH





(a) Engage the 3 claws to install the front bumper side support LH.
(b) Install the screw and bolt.
Bolt - Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)
2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOUNTING BRACKET LH
4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOUNTING BRACKET RH
5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Install the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly with the 4 nuts.
Torque: 36 Nm (367 kgf-cm, 27 ft-lbf)





(b) Engage the 2 clamps and install the wire harness.
6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER





(a) Engage the 2 guides to install the front bumper energy absorber.
7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER (w/o Front Spoiler)
(a) for 2ZR-FE:
(1) Install the 6 grommets.
(b) for 2AZ-FE:
(1) Install the 8 grommets.
8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER (w/ Front Spoiler)
(a) Install the 8 grommets.
9. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER
10. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE NAME PLATE (w/ Radiator Grille Emblem)





(a) Engage the 3 claws to install the radiator grille name plate.
11. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE





(a) Engage the 7 claws to install the radiator grille.
12. INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE





(a) Engage the 13 claws to install the lower radiator grille.
13. INSTALL FRONT LICENSE PLATE MOUNTING BRACKET (w/ Bracket)





(a) Install the front license plate mounting bracket with the 2 screws.
14. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Front Spoiler)





(a) Engage the 5 claws to install the front bumper hole cover LH.
15. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Front Spoiler)
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

16. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/ Front Spoiler)





(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the fog light cover LH.





(b) Install the clip.
17. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/ Front Spoiler)
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

18. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER NO. 2 COVER (w/ Front Spoiler)





(a) Engage the 4 guides to install the front spoiler No. 2 cover.
(b) for 2ZR-FE:




(1) Install the 2 clips and 2 screws.
(c) for 2AZ-FE:




(1) Install the 2 clips.





(d) Install the 4 retainers.
19. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER COVER LH (w/ Front Spoiler)





(a) Engage the 7 guides and 2 clips to install the front spoiler cover LH.





(b) Install the 7 retainers.





(c) Install the 2 clips.
20. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER COVER RH (w/ Front Spoiler)
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

21. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light) Installation
22. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
