SEAT: REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for LH Side): REASSEMBLY

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT LEG ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Using a T55 "TORX" socket wrench, install the No. 1 seat leg assembly LH with the 4 "TORX" bolts.
Torque: 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31ft-lbf)
2. INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER LH





(a) Install the rear seat leg side cover LH with the screw.
3. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH





(a) Engage the claw and 2 guides.
(b) Install the reclining adjuster inside cover LH with the 2 screws.
4. INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER





(a) Install the rear seat leg side cover with the screw.
5. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH





(a) Engage the claw and 2 guides.
(b) Install the reclining adjuster inside cover RH with the 2 screws.
6. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, install the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly LH with the 2 "TORX" bolts and 2 bushes.
Torque: 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 16ft-lbf)
(b) Install the 2 bolts.
Torque: 18 Nm (184 kgf-cm, 13ft-lbf)
7. INSTALL REAR SEAT NO. 2 RECLINING CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Engage the claw.
(b) Install 2 new clamps.
(c) Engage the 4 cable clamps to install the rear seat No. 2 reclining control cable sub-assembly.
8. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER





(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seatback cover with 10 new hog rings.

NOTICE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

9. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD





(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the rear seatback cover with pad with 2 new hog rings.

10. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT RH





(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the rear seat headrest support RH.
11. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT LH





(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the rear seat headrest support LH.
12. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD LH





(a) Engage the 3 guides and 3 clips as shown in the illustration.





(b) Engage the 17 claws and install the rear seatback board LH as shown in the illustration.
13. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH Installation
14. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER





(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seat cushion cover with 8 new hog rings.

NOTICE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

15. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD
(a) Engage each hook as shown in the illustration.









(b) Engage the 3 hooks and install the rear seat cushion cover with pad as shown in the illustration.
16. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER RECLINING COVER LH





(a) Engage the guide.
(b) Install the rear seat inner reclining cover LH with the 2 screws.
17. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER LH





(a) Engage the 2 guides.
(b) Install the rear seat reclining cover LH with the 2 screws.
18. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING RELEASE LEVER LH





(a) Install the rear seat reclining release lever LH with the 3 screws.
19. INSTALL SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP LH





(a) Engage the 3 claws to install the seat adjuster cover cap LH.
