HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: BLOWER UNIT: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER THERMISTOR Reassembly
2. INSTALL COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY Reassembly
3. INSTALL BLOWER ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the 6 screws and blower assembly with the cooler evaporator sub-assembly to the air conditioning radiator assembly.





4. INSTALL COOLER EXPANSION VALVE Reassembly
5. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY (for Manual Air Conditioning System) Reassembly
6. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System) Reassembly
7. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY Reassembly
8. INSTALL NO. 3 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY Reassembly
9. INSTALL NO. 2 FINISH PANEL MOUNTING BRACKET Reassembly
10. INSTALL NO. 1 FINISH PANEL MOUNTING BRACKET Reassembly
11. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ASSEMBLY
