Installation
SEAT BELT: REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the rear seat 3 point type belt assembly with the 2 bolts.
Bolt [A] - Torque : 4.9 Nm (50 kgf-cm, 43 in-lbf)
Bolt [B] - Torque : 41 Nm (420 kgf-cm, 30 ft-lbf)
(b) Connect the shoulder anchor of the rear seat 3 point type belt assembly with the bolt.
Torque : 41 Nm (420 kgf-cm, 30 ft-lbf)
(c) Check if the ELR locks.
NOTICE:
The check should be performed with the outer belt assembly installed.
(1) With the belt assembly installed, check that the belt locks when it is pulled out quickly.

3. INSTALL QUARTER PILLAR GARNISH LH Installation
4. INSTALL SIDE DECK TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY LH Installation
5. INSTALL REAR COMBINATION LIGHT SERVICE COVER LH Installation
6. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK (for LH Side) Installation
7. INSTALL LUGGAGE HOLD BELT STRIKER ASSEMBLY (for LH Side) Installation
8. INSTALL REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Connect the floor anchor end of the rear seat 3 point type belt assembly LH and install the bolt.
Torque : 41 Nm (420 kgf-cm, 30 ft-lbf)
NOTICE:
Do not allow the anchor part of the rear seat 3 point type belt assembly LH to overlap the protruding part of the floor panel.
9. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH Installation
10. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LH Side) Installation
11. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH RH Installation
12. INSTALL QUARTER PILLAR GARNISH RH Installation
13. INSTALL SIDE DECK TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY RH (w/o Woofer) Installation
14. INSTALL SIDE DECK TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Woofer) Installation
15. INSTALL REAR COMBINATION LIGHT SERVICE COVER RH (w/ Woofer) Installation
16. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK (for RH Side) Installation
17. INSTALL LUGGAGE HOLD BELT STRIKER ASSEMBLY (for RH Side) Installation
18. INSTALL REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Connect the floor anchor end of the rear seat 3 point type belt assembly RH and install the bolt.
Torque : 41 Nm (420 kgf-cm, 30 ft-lbf)
NOTICE:
Do not allow the anchor part of the rear seat 3 point type belt assembly RH to overlap the protruding part of the floor panel.
19. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH Installation
20. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RH Side) Installation
21. INSTALL REAR DECK TRIM COVER Installation
22. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRAY Installation
23. INSTALL CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT TETHER ANCHOR Installation
24. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX RH Installation
25. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX LH Installation
26. INSTALL JACK ASSEMBLY Installation
27. INSTALL JACK CARRIER ASSEMBLY
28. INSTALL NO. 2 DECK BOARD Installation
29. INSTALL DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY Installation
30. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover)
31. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH Installation
32. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH Installation
33. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH Installation
34. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH Installation
35. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the rear seat center outer belt assembly with the bolt.
Torque : 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)
36. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD Reassembly
37. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER
(a) Engage the 2 claws and 2 guides to install the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover.
38. INSTALL SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP
(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the seat belt anchor cover cap.
39. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH Installation
40. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK INNER HINGE COVER (for RH Side) Installation
41. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK OUTER HINGE COVER (for RH Side) Installation
42. CONNECT REAR SEAT CENTER OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the rear seat center outer belt assembly and the rear seat inner belt assembly with the bolt.
Torque : 41 Nm (420 kgf-cm, 30 ft-lbf)
NOTICE:
Do not allow the anchor part of the rear seat center outer belt assembly and rear seat inner belt assembly to overlap the protruding part of the floor panel.
43. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST ASSEMBLY
44. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)
45. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH Installation
46. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK INNER HINGE COVER (for LH Side) Installation
47. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK OUTER HINGE COVER (for LH Side) Installation
48. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)
