Reassembly

EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT BUMPER: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

(a) Engage the 3 claws and install the front bumper side support LH.





(b) Install the bolt and screw.

Bolt - Torque : 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)

2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOUNTING BRACKET LH

4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOUNTING BRACKET RH

5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly with the 4 nuts.





Torque : 36 Nm (367 kgf-cm, 27 ft-lbf)

(b) Engage each clamp and install the wire harness.





6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

(a) Engage the 2 guides to install the front bumper energy absorber.





7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER (except Sport Package)

(a) for 2ZR-FE:

(1) Install the 6 grommets.

(b) for 2AZ-FE:

(1) Install the 8 grommets.

8. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER (except Sport Package)

9. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE (except Sport Package)

(a) Engage the 7 claws to install the radiator grille.





10. INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE (except Sport Package)

(a) Engage the 13 claws to install the lower radiator grille.





11. INSTALL FRONT LICENSE PLATE BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY (except Sport Package)

(a) w/ Bracket:

(1) Install the front license plate bracket sub-assembly with the 2 screws.





12. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (except Sport Package)

(a) Engage the 5 claws to install the front bumper hole cover LH.

14. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER (for Sport Package)

(a) Install the 4 grommets.

15. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER (for Sport Package)

16. INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE (for Sport Package)

(a) for 2ZR-FE:

(1) Install the 2 grommets.

(b) for 2AZ-FE:

(1) Install the 4 grommets.

(c) Engage the 18 claws and install the lower radiator grille.





(d) Install the 4 clips.





17. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE (for Sport Package)

(a) Engage the 8 claws to install the radiator grille.





18. INSTALL FRONT LICENSE PLATE BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Sport Package)

(a) w/ Bracket:

(1) Engage the 2 guides.





(2) Install the front license plate bracket sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

19. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER LH (for Sport Package)

(a) Engage the 6 claws to install the fog light cover LH.





20. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER RH (for Sport Package)
