External Audio Source Connection (R199), Inside Instrument Panel

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Trim Removal Wedge (3409)

Removing

- Switch off ignition, switch off all electrical consumers and remove ignition key.

- Pry the connector mount - 2 - out of the switch unit - 3 - using the (3409).





- Pry the external audio source connection - 1 - out of the connector mount - 2 -.

If it is not possible to remove the socket mount - 2 -, then remove the switch unit first - 3 -..

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.
