Exterior Mirror Housing

• Removing and installing is performed only for the left mirror housing. Removing and installing right mirror housing is similar

Removing





- Mirror Glass, Removing => [ Exterior Mirror Glass ] Exterior Mirror Glass

- Insert Trim Remove Wedge (3409) between mirror housing - 1 - and turn signal light - 2 -.

- Guide Trim Removal Wedge (3409) along in - direction of arrow a - as far as outer side of mirror.

- This releases the mirror housing locking mechanisms - 4 - from the catches - 3 -.

- Pull mirror housing - 1 - in front area slightly away from mirror base plate in - direction of arrow b -.

- Remove mirror housing - 1 - upward from mirror base plate in - direction of arrow c -.

Installing

- Place mirror housing - 1 - onto mirror carrier and press mirror housing downward until catches - 2 - engage audibly.





- Re-install mirror glass => [ Exterior Mirror Glass ] Exterior Mirror Glass.

• Then perform a function test.
