• Thrust Pad (VW 447 H)

• Punch (VW 411)

• Centering Mandrel (12 - 551)

• Thrust Plate (VW 401)

• Punch (VW 408 A)

• Kukko Puller 12-14.5 mm (21/2)

• Kukko Support (22/1)

• Always replace the needle sleeve after removing it from the clutch housing or from the reverse shaft support.





1 Clutch Housing

2 Needle Sleeve

• Removing, refer to => [ Removing the Needle Sleeve from the
Clutch Housing ].

• Installing, refer to => [ Installing the Needle Sleeve into
the Clutch Housing ].

3 Reverse Gear

4 Locking Ring

• Always replace after removing.

5 Reverse Gear

• Remove before replacing the locking ring.

• Collar faces reverse gear.

6 Reverse Shaft

• Removing, refer to => [ Transmission ] Transmission.

7 Needle Sleeve

• Removing, refer to => [ Removing the Needle Sleeve from the
Reverse Shaft Support ].

• Installing, refer to => [ Installing the Needle Sleeve into the
Reverse Shaft Support ].

8 Reverse Shaft Support

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Transmission ] Transmission.

B Puller 12-14.5 mm, for example, (21/2)

• The needle sleeve will get damaged when it removed and must be replaced.
