OPEN reads an Electronic Technician HTML password-request file and displays the contained parameters in English. Supports legacy Portuguese/English labels, optional FLS/FTS and Test Spec fields. MAKE forwards the original request to the local ETTool2 server and displays its calculated results. Uploaded HTML is never executed by this page.
