Removal [12/2019 - 11/2023]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7 [12/2019 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7 [10/2022 - 11/2023]

  2. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [12/2019 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [10/2022 - 11/2023]

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9 [12/2019 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9 [10/2022 - 11/2023]

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10 [12/2019 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10 [10/2022 - 11/2023]

  5. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER AIR DUCT 
    1. Remove the 3 bolts.

    2. Disengage the guide to remove the transmission oil cooler air duct from the oil cooler assembly.
  6. DISCONNECT NO. 1 TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER HOSE ASSEMBLY

    1. Slide the 2 clips and disconnect the No. 1 transmission oil cooler hose assembly from the oil cooler assembly.
  7. REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 nuts, bolt and oil cooler assembly from the transmission oil cooler bracket.

  8. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER BRACKET 

    HINT: 

    Perform this procedure only when replacement of the transmission oil cooler bracket, No. 2 transmission oil cooler bracket or No. 3 transmission oil cooler bracket is necessary.

    1. Remove the 2 nuts and bolt and disengage the guide to remove the transmission oil cooler bracket from the vehicle body.

    2. Remove the nut and No. 3 transmission oil cooler bracket from the No. 2 transmission oil cooler bracket.
